No transfers or refunds are available for any circumstance. If you cannot make the race, notify us by mail or email, and the entry fee will be applied to your entry in the following year’s race.

The Bad to the Bone Duathlon reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or change the race or race format at any time to ensure athlete safety or to comply with directives from a municipal or governmental agency. If The Bad to the Bone Duathlon determines conditions that might compromise the safety of participants, The Bad to the Bone Duathlon, in its sole judgment, may cancel, postpone, or change the race and/or race format. No Refunds or Transfers will be given as a result of any cancellation, changes, or modifications.

While we try to ensure that everyone gets a shirt, due to time constraints when ordering them, the Bad to the Bone Race can not guarantee a shirt for entries received after September 1. 

The Bad to the Bone Duathlon is sanctioned by the USA Triathlon. All athletes are required to be an annual member of USAT or pay a one day insurance license fee of $10. If you are an annual member, you MUST bring a picture ID and USAT card to registration, or you will be required to pay the one day fee.

The Bad to the Bone Duathlon will be conducted under the rules of USA Triathlon.
